Young Living EOs is worth every penny!

Overcoming Objections by Debra Raybern (Royal Crown Diamond)

What are some of the objections you hear when sharing Young Living? Products are expensive, there are other cheaper oils (a quality issue), and it’s an MLM company? Let's address these.

1. Cost - as the old adage goes - you get what you pay for. In this case Young Living provides superior quality. They are not considered the world leader in essential oils for nothing. Starting with authenticating the seed species, making sure the ground the seed is planted in is and has been free of chemicals, contaminants and synthetic enrichments - basically - better than organic. Plants are grown with care, harvested at the peak of maturity to yield not just the most oil, but the most potent and balanced oil with the right constituents so they are effective and safe. Distillation at the YL farms is a specific patented process, learned in over 30 years of research and study. Bottling is done in a state-of-the-art facility further assuring quality is second to none.

Compromise somewhere else; just not on your health. A spreadsheet named Price per Drop (http://www.sharinggreathealth.com/ArticleLibrary.html) may assist you in explaining for instance that to get rid of certain ailments took only 10 drops of an oil at a cost of just 13 cents per drop. What drug can do that! Watch Seed to Seal again! www.seedtoseal.com

2. Young Living is an MLM or Network Marketing style company. Yes, thank the Lord. More than 70,000 people join an MLM weekly. With some of the highest quality products across many industries (nutrition, electric & phone service, make-up, skin care, etc), these companies put money into research and the wallets of those who love using their products and sharing them with others. No distribution middlemen to pay. YOU share, YOU get the rewards. No other industry lets you really earn what your worth, leverage your time, work at your own pace and still achieve your dreams and goals.

Go Away Germs!

What Debra Does to Blast Germs Away - 2014
(YL Royal Crown Diamond)

NingXia Red Power Shot

Place the following in a shot glass:
1 drop frankincense
1 drop Melissa* (considered among the strongest anti viral oils)
1 drop cistus or cinnamon
1 drop Thieves
1 drop orange
1 drop Ocotea
1 drop thyme
Add one ounce NingXia Red™
Swallow quick – tastes great but can be a bit hot on the lips. Follow with a second ounce of NingXia Red. I drink this once in the morning and once in the evening at the onset of respiratory symptoms. I often only need the morning shot, but will take the evening one, just in case a germ is lingering. There have been a few times when I doubled the drops, based on how I felt or what I had been exposed to.

Melissa also has a sedative quality. Since it is quite pricy, and is still very effective in smaller amounts, use when needed, but use sparingly. When used topically, dilute up to 1:100. A little Melissa goes a long way.

For throat and respiratory complaints.

• Spoon of honey with 2 drops each - lemon, cedarwood, Melrose, stir with toothpick, place in
mouth and hold until dissolved, swallow.
A drop or two of cypress** oil under the tongue quiets most coughs.
One drop cypress on the tongue and swallow without water. The taste isn't great by the way. Repeat every 5-10 minutes or when the sore sensation returns. After the fourth or fifth time, the taste seems to be better and the soreness will typically be gone.
• Raven blend or ravintsara*** may both be applied to the chest and feet. When using ravintsara,
some people are sensitive and it can make the skin feel hot, so be sure and dilute.
• While in a hot steamy shower apply RC, Present Time and myrtle over the chest and bronchial
area.
• To quell a cough, that doesn’t seem to quit - mix 1 drop tarragon oil in honey, Yacon or Agave and swallow every 15 minutes. Simultaneously rub 3 drops dill oil and 5 drops V6 oil on the chest. (This remedy comes from the book Advanced Aromatherapy by Kurt Schnaubelt, PhD.) And you thought tarragon and dill were just for cooking.
• Supplement with additional vitamin C (Super C), take Inner Defense daily (we take 2
per day until the end of February), drink your NingXia Red - 3 plus ounces when feeling a cold
coming on. The essential oils Thieves, oregano, Mt. Savory and Melissa all have excellent germ
fighting properties and no home should be unprepared.
Rub thyme, eucalyptus radiate, dives or globulus, lemon and melaleuca oil on the chest and feet, also inhale.
Raindrop!! Get one. Every family should have members who know how to give a raindrop to each other. Learn from the EODR book, the brochure in this FB groups FILES section (Raindrop Brochure), attend a Young Living Raindrop seminar, attend a C.A.R.E. seminar or buy the Raindrop DVD).

**Cypress is known in all of aromatherapy as one of the most effective oils to counteract and infection in the throat, nose or bronchi in its early stages. Cypress is also used in the Raindrop and Vitaflex techniques as it support immune system response.

***Ravintsara is often taken at the onset of acute flu, one drop ingested (with liquid or capsule) every two hours and applied topically as described above.

Remember this is what I do. Please refer to the Essential Oils Desk Reference book for more information on supporting the body during cold and flu season. For children, refer to Gentle Babies for ideas.
