Im not a doctor so I can't prescribe anything to you. I'm a wife, a mom to 5 kids, and Mimi (grandma) to grandson Cassius. My full time job is to love and support my husband Steve, take care of our four kids at home and home educate them. I'm also in the process of getting certified as a holistic health coach through Institute of Integrative Nutrition. My passion (and what I call a ministry) is to help family and friends in their holistic health and wellness journey.
